“Lovely atmosphere and a decent haircut overall. A few small things could be improved though: the handwashing sink by the bathroom had no soap or towels, and once I noticed hair from a previous customer hadn’t been swept away before the next person sat down (though my own hairdresser did clean properly after her client). My appointment also started quite late and took much longer than expected. The haircut was nice but fairly simple. Probably a better fit for curly hair than straight hair.”
